Eric Luis is a photographer in the San Francisco Bay area. He captures weddings, commercial work, events, & senior portraits. His photos have muted colors and flattened blacks. Critique
The three photos above show completely different parts of the world. Because the angle of the photo it makes the building look even taller. However I would tilted down a little to have less sky. The photo in the middle is really interesting but it annoys me how the persons legs are cut off in the bottom. The bikes are really good and have a great depth of field & color of the bikes really pops. I would have moved further back and down to see more of the bike.
Reflection
While in Virginia I took this photo (left). I edited when I saw the photo on the right. I tried to replicate the look through editing. He uses a lot of muted colors and will desaturate the photos a lot which I did the same.
